    To ensure consistent call transfer volume, Falcon Silver & Falcon Gold agents are required to commit to their weekly schedule in advance.

    Hours

    Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

    Minimum Shift

    Minimum 4 consecutive hours per selected day.

    Tier Requirement

    Applies to Silver & Gold packages only.

    Used for transfer line verification.

    Falcon Bronze — not applicable. Bronze leads are asynchronous and do not require live transfer scheduling.
