Question 1

What is asked to the prospect before the call is transferred?

Accepted Answer

Before the call is transferred, our team confirms the prospect's name, age, phone number, coverage amount, beneficiary, health information, and bank account details.

Question 2

What can I NOT say during the buffer time?

Accepted Answer

During the 2 or 3 minute buffer, you CAN'T give any price quotes or price ranges. We also would not like you to give any time frames on how long the call is going to run UNLESS the prospect says they don't have much time or if they directly ask you how long it's going to take. You can then say 10-15 mins.

Question 3

What are the valid reasons for dropping a call within the buffer?

Accepted Answer

Calls may only be dropped within the buffer if: 1) The prospect states they are not interested (after you try and educate the prospect), 2) The prospect does not have an active bank account, 3) The prospect has a disqualifying health condition such as cancer, dementia, COPD, Alzheimer's, congestive heart failure (CHF), or kidney failure (and you don't offer guaranteed issue), or 4) The prospect is in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Note: heart disease, diabetes, and stroke are NOT valid drop reasons.

Question 4

What information is included with each live transfer?

Accepted Answer

Every transfer is fully verified and includes the prospect's full name, age (typically 50–80), phone number, desired coverage amount, beneficiary information, bank account confirmation, and a brief health profile. You also receive a full prospect introduction before the call is officially transferred.

Question 5

What are the health qualifications for these leads?

Accepted Answer

Our prospects are pre-screened for major health conditions. You may only drop a call as non-billable for disqualifying conditions such as cancer, dementia, COPD, Alzheimer's, congestive heart failure (CHF), or kidney failure. Common conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and stroke are NOT valid reasons to drop a call — most Final Expense carriers offer products (including graded or guaranteed issue plans) that cover these prospects, so they should still be worked.

Question 6

How does the call buffer work?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 180-second (3 min) buffer on Falcon Bronze, a 120-second (2 min) buffer on Falcon Silver, and a 60-second buffer on Falcon Gold. This allows you to verify that the prospect meets your criteria before the call becomes billable.

Question 7

What's the difference between Falcon Bronze, Silver and Gold?

Accepted Answer

The buffer window and the depth of qualification. Bronze ($35) gives you a 3-minute buffer, Silver ($45) a 2-minute buffer, and Gold ($70) a 60-second buffer on prospects who complete a 10-step intake with written consent and AI interest confirmation.

Question 8

Does providing a quote affect the billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Providing a specific quote or price range automatically makes the call billable, regardless of whether the buffer time has expired. We recommend only providing quotes once you are ready to move forward with the application.

Question 9

What is the typical conversion rate?

Accepted Answer

While results vary by agent experience, our clients typically see a 20–25% conversion rate. Experienced agents using our program have reported closing between 20% and 60% of their transfers.

Question 10

What time are leads available?

Accepted Answer

Leads are available from 10:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST, with a short break between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM EST.

Question 11

Are calls recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can listen to any of your calls in the TrackDrive dashboard.

Question 12

How do I add credits to my account?

Accepted Answer

To add credits, click on "Add Credits" at the top of the website and follow the prompts. You'll need to use the same email that was used for past orders for us to match your account. If you're buying credits for your team, you can do that as well. Just add in the notes how many credits per person and we will distribute them accordingly.
