3. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Licensed Agents and Agencies: Consumer lead and transfer data is shared with the licensed insurance professionals who purchase our services so they may contact the consumer. This sharing excludes SMS/mobile opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with agents or agencies for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Service Providers: We share data with vendors that support our operations, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, telecommunications, email delivery, and CRM platforms. SMS/mobile opt-in data is only shared with service providers strictly utilized to facilitate the delivery of our text messages.
• Marketing Partners: We may share consumer information with vetted marketing partners consistent with the consents obtained at the point of collection. This sharing explicitly excludes SMS/mobile opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with marketing partners, affiliates, or third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Falcon FEX, LLC, our customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration outside of our core lead generation services described above.

4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Privacy

SMS consent is collected separately from any other agreement on our order forms and is never a condition of purchase. We offer two distinct, optional SMS programs:

• Transactional SMS: Order status, fulfillment updates, and low-credit account alerts.
• Promotional SMS: Occasional offers and marketing updates from Falcon FEX only.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to purchase or receive our other services.

5. TCPA & Marketing Consent

When consumers submit information through Falcon FEX, LLC properties, they provide express written consent to be contacted by us and our marketing partners and licensed agents via live calls, automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and email, even if their number is on a Do Not Call list. SMS/MMS text message consent is collected separately as described in Section 4 above and is governed by the SMS-specific rules in that section. Consent to any channel is not a condition of purchase. Consumers may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text, following opt-out prompts on calls, or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our website, analyze traffic, measure marketing performance, and improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect site functionality.
